All of our products are available for fast and convenient delivery
to accommodate your building schedule. Each of our trucks as
an attached boom/crane to unload the products so no unloading
is necessary from the customer end. Furthermore, bulkheads and
steps are fully installed on each application. Septic tanks and
other products may be placed directly in the hole dug by the contractor. Septic
tanks are vacuum tested as required by engineering and customer
specifications.
Site requirements
- Bulkheads
- Width of opening in foundation wall should be a maximum
of 40”
- Depth from top of foundation out to grade should be 8’
- Depth from bottom of foundation out to grade should be
min. 5’
- Any preliminary or existing siding or plywood should be
able to accommodate for a Bilco door.
- Steps
- Siding should be removed in accordance to the width of
the step
- Grade level should be at a reasonable height, appropriate
for the height of the step
- If a prepoured slab is preferred to place the step on,
slab should be level and entirely cured prior to delivery
of step.
- All Product Deliveries
- Access from the road to the final
destination
of the product for our trucks.
- Unload location should
be clear of trees, power lines, and ground should be accessible
for backing truck and placement of outriggers.
- Our truck enters job site at customer
risk to damage that may result.
