1000 Gallon H-20 septic tanks

These new tanks are monolithic, H-20 and available in either single or two compartment.  These tanks feature 5″ walls and 7″ top slab.   They can also be used in non-H-20 situations where water is an issue.  The extra weight of the tank compared to a standard septic tank will prevent floatation.  Contact us for more information, or visit our septic tank/pump chamber products page for detailed drawings of this item.

DON’T POUR ANOTHER  SONO-TUBE

We offer a precast concrete version of a poured sono-tube for deck footings.  Set these bases, and build the deck or addition the very same day.  With an 8″ square top, tapered down to a 24″ square base, you will be confident in the stability of your frost posts.  Load and soil bearing calculations are available upon request.  At 5′ tall, you can set the footings below frost level, while the precast footing looks good above grade.  The post is chamfered at the top, and the whole unit has a smooth, steel form finish.  Steel reinforced with #4 rebar, and a threaded insert cast into the top for lifting, and hardware attachment to the deck post.  Call or email for more information, and check out the CAD drawing on the Misc. products page.
